    Apeal World ACV & Thleep present an immersive week-long event designed to revolutionise the way you unwind and recharge over the winter months.

    Step into a serene environment featuring expert-led workshops on optimising rest, sensory experiences that calm the mind, and curated sleep-enhancing products. From guided meditations to personalised soundscapes, discover ways to hack SAD, winter blues and sleep. Better rest means a brighter, more energised you.

    7pm: Panel discussion surrounding sleep, SAD and improving wellbeing
    8pm: Breathwork session
    8:15pm: Thleep immersive performance
    Event finishes: 9pm

    By Car: Venue situated within the congestion charge zone. No parking available at the venue but there are parking metres close by.

    We are excited to announce a new Festival Hub & Exhibition space at XYZ, 5 Grays Inn Rd, London WC1X 8PH, 14-19th October 12-9.30pm with two special Indigenous-led events; artist talks, and a family programme of animations on Saturday afternoon, and Sound shower installation : An immersive soundscape of Haudenosaunee diplomatic speech and song.
